Kim's Ultimate Meatloaf

Submitted by: Kim Mauney
A mixture of ground meat, egg, onion, tomato sauce and cracker crumbs baked with a tangy 'sauce' of vinegar, mustard and brown sugar. Recipe lists ground lamb, but can be made with any ground meat. This is the best meatloaf recipe. People who hate meatloaf love this one! No ketchup needed!!

Balsamic Marinated Chicken Breasts

This is a recipe I made-up after eating LOADS of bland chicken breasts. Chicken is so easy to prepare and this recipe makes the meat extra tender and juicy.

Puerto Rican style pork roast, but done in the slow cooker. It's so tender and flavorful. Best of all, it's so easy to make!

Ten Clove Garlic Marinade

This garlicky marinade is a great way to add pizzazz any of your favorite meats. This recipe does not include specific meat, just take your pick!

Alabama Pulled Pig

Submitted by: Robert McWilliams
Best if cooking is started the day before serving. Boston butt is the easiest to make on a small scale. Use a shoulder or a whole shoulder (which is a shoulder plus the Boston butt) for larger crowds. The sauce skimmed off the top is very, very hot and can also be used to make terribly hot chicken wings.
