Peanut Butter Banana Bread

I think my friends at work were being nice; they said the bread was good, but I thought it was the old preverbal 'peanut butter sticking to the roof of your mouth' ordeal. It was the texture that will not allow me to make it again.

Zucchini Cobbler

Tomato, Basil, and Feta Salad

Added more cucumbers and cut the oil. My husband raved :-) And I (who hate cucumbers) loved it too.
